Homeowners plan their retrofit here and ask for quotes. We send each plan to SEAI-registered contractors serving their county. Register to receive them.

What each plan tells you

  • The house: type, age, county, heating, and what the homeowner knows about the walls, windows and attic.
  • The jobs, in the order SEAI’s rules pay for them, with the grant for each, cited to SEAI.
  • What is still to check, such as the walls, a protected structure or the heat pump assessment.

You quote for your part. The homeowner compares the quotes and chooses; their contact details go to the contractor they choose.
