How the plan is made
- Every grant amount and every rule comes from SEAI’s own pages, and the plan links each one to the page and the date we read it.
- Costs are SEAI’s median prices for your type of home, or our estimate where SEAI publishes none, and the plan says which. They are not quotes.
- The plan is not a BER assessment. Only a registered BER assessor can rate a home, and SEAI decides every grant on the application.
