- The middle price for the work in 2025 was €2,000 for a semi-detached house and €2,519 for a detached one. With the grant a semi-detached owner pays about €500.
- How long does the job take?
- Half a day for most houses. Nobody has to move out and there is no redecorating after.
- Will I lose storage space?
- Yes, some. The insulation is about 300 mm deep, so anything stored on the joists needs a raised floor put in over it.
