What 1,077,114 BER certificates say about Irish homes
We read every BER certificate SEAI publishes for an existing home. Four findings so far: only 1 in 12 homes sold or let is B2 or better. 46.6% are already under the heat pump line. And in our model the work to reach a B pays for itself fastest from a G. Each story has its chart and its data to download.
